Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However, if a price is incorrect, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced, we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order.
Ordering and delivery
Placing an Order
You do not need to open an account with Invivo & Co to place an order, however by opening an account you automatically start earning points for discounts on future orders, and your delivery details etc will be saved.
You can review and change your personal details, unsubscribe from our promotional offers and/or cancel your registration to our online site at any time.
We fulfil and dispatch Australian orders through Wine Depot. For their full Terms and Conditions, click here [link to PDF].
We do not offer same-day or next-day delivery. Delivery is the standard 1-2 business days for Metro deliveries once dispatched from Albury (not from the date ordered).
All orders will be delivered to your home or office via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours. Due to this, please ensure you provide a physical address where your item can be signed for. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box. Please include your postcode.
Processing and delivery times
Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery.
Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours.
Delivery should take a further 2 – 3 days to Metro areas, longer for other areas. However, this is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee that your goods will be delivered within this timeframe.
Delivery is free in Australia on all orders over AUD$100, after any sale prices or discount codes are applied.
For orders totalling under $100, freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price, with charges indicated during the checkout process.
For orders under AUD$100:
Delivery to Metro Areas in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth: AUD$8
Delivery to “Other Areas: AUD$15.

Invivo and Co cannot deliver our products to anyone under 18 years of age – it is against the law. If you use our site to purchase alcohol and are under 18 years of age then you’re breaking the law.
Deliveries must be signed for
If the delivery point is unattended the product will not be left, it will be returned to the depot or our warehouse as we require someone to sign for all deliveries. Sorry, we don’t deliver on Sunday or on certain public holidays.
Unfortunately, we do not send wine or gin from this website outside Australia. However, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try our best to put you in contact with a local distributor of Invivo & Co in your country or find another way for Invivo to reach you. Product and packaging guarantees
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos where applicable.
Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order. Please select carefully before placing an order.

We use secure packaging for all deliveries and our products are insured up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.
Purchases are at the customer’s risk once dispatched by us and we accept no liability for the delivery of items by the courier service.
